Experience & teaching
My current work at HOPMEDS HEALTH TECH PRIVATE LIMITED combines full-stack engineering and medical-imaging machine learning: model pipelines, radiology workflows and integration into imaging software. Earlier roles add experience in signal processing, simulation and application engineering.
HOPMEDS HEALTH TECH PRIVATE LIMITED
Full-Stack and Machine Learning Engineer
May 2026–present · Lalitpur, Nepal
I develop radiology software across frontend, backend and medical-imaging workflows. This includes PACS (picture archiving and communication systems), DICOM image storage and retrieval, Orthanc integration, and work with OHIF Viewer. The work connects imaging data, study worklists and viewing interfaces to the systems used to manage radiology studies.
Alongside full-stack development, I work on medical-imaging ML: preprocessing and model pipelines, experimentation and evaluation, and Python/FastAPI inference services. These responsibilities connect model development to the surrounding data and application infrastructure.
I also work on PharmHops pharmacy software across frontend, backend, databases, and deployment, including Node.js, Express, and PostgreSQL. This work connects model and software development to the surrounding data and application systems.
